25least 5 iterations and one iteration summary containing the word "review". When
26the AgentX MCP server is registered (`.cursor/mcp.json`), use the `agentx_loop_*`
27tools instead of typing the CLI. The pre-commit hook blocks commits that violate
28the loop gate.
