14This project uses the **Depth-Priority Hierarchical AI-INSTRUCT V6** system. The rule files are **not** stored in `.cursor/rules/` — they are stored under `.hi/` and in per-directory `.hi/instruct.md` files. **The deepest `.hi/instruct.md` always wins.**
