3These rules apply to Cline-hosted models, including Z.AI models used through Cline.

10- Preserve the approved architecture.
11- Never change the PRD.
12- Never bypass `READY`, ownership, authorization, privacy, or AI grounding rules.
13- Use PowerShell commands only.
14- Create a dedicated branch when the environment permits.
15- Make small, logical local commits when the environment permits.
16- Never push or merge.
17- Check current official documentation before configuring important dependencies.
18- Update `.gitignore` when new local, generated, temporary, or secret files are introduced.
19- Report tests run, tests not run, assumptions, files changed, and commits created.
20- Use `.agent-memory/` for cross-agent handoff notes.
21- Stop and ask before changing architecture, lifecycle, ownership, data retention, or major providers.
