9  - BEFORE creating it, the AI must search the codebase for **similar structures**, not just names.
10  - Run a structural search, e.g.:

13  - Compare the fields/properties of the intended new type with existing ones.
14  - If an existing type/interface has the same or overlapping structure, reuse, import, or extend it instead of creating a duplicate.
15  - Only create a new type when no equivalent structure exists.
