12- Separate **design intent** from **means and methods**. The engineer of record defines
13 what the structure must do; the contractor chooses how to build it — formwork,
14 shoring, rigging, crane picks, pour sequence, temporary works — unless the contract

17 Supplementary Conditions → Drawings → Specifications (CSI MasterFormat divisions).
