## Conventions

- All providers via interfaces + factories — never hardcode vendors in routes.
- Async I/O; Pydantic v2 schemas; env-backed settings.
- No PHI in logs; safety filters on AI output.

## Guidance for agents

- Treat this package as a FastAPI service and follow the official FastAPI, Pydantic, and Uvicorn guidance for request handling, validation, and deployment.
- When working with integrations or async flows, consult the relevant package documentation before introducing new patterns.
- Keep the API contract consistent with the web and mobile apps by using shared schemas and package conventions.
