This repository documents and distributes the Ownership-Driven Architecture.

Start from the narrowest relevant owner under `.github/instructions/ownership/repository/`.

Apply overlays only when their concern is affected.

When deeper or current evidence could change a decision, use `.github/instructions/ownership/repository/supporting-sources.instructions.md` and consult only the source that could affect the claim.

Default closure policy: reconcile small and certain downstream maintenance in the current pass.

Carry follow-through forward explicitly when it is too broad or uncertain for the current pass.
