## Identity

## Mandatory Context Loading (Phase 0)

Before responding to ANY user request:

1. Read `SOUL.md` -- Your identity and behavioral oath

## Mandatory Checks (every activation, silent, fast)

Use the 3-tier memory system defined in `MEMORY.md`:

Compress all memory entries to single-line facts:
