- GPT-5.4+ -> `gpt-5-4.ts`
- Contains "claude-fable-5" -> `claude-fable-5.ts`
- Contains "claude-opus-5" -> `claude-opus-5.ts`
- Contains "claude-opus-4-8" -> `claude-opus-4-8.ts`
- Contains "claude-opus-4-7" -> `claude-opus-4-7.ts`
- GLM family -> `glm-5-2.ts`
- Default -> fallback prompt (Claude, etc.; Gemini gets corrective overlays)
